Stacey A. Boone
Stacey A. Boone is the Senior Statewide Behavioral Health Program Manager of the New Mexico Administrative Office of the Courts. Throughout her career, she has worked to develop and implement programs at the intersection of criminal justice and behavioral health. She has experience working in nonprofit leadership, criminal justice case management, behavioral health case management and court programs focused on behavioral health issues. Ms. Boone has participated in many pilot projects advancing the work of behavioral health services and diversion options for those in the criminal justice system. Additionally, she has experience developing and enhancing collaborations with local and statewide partners across multiple agencies. Her current focus is on breaking the stigma associated with behavioral health and increasing behavioral health equity for those that are justice involved and their families.
Abbey B. Chavez
Abbey B. Chavez is a Statewide Behavioral Health Program Manager in the Administrative Office of the Courts. Throughout her extensive career in New Mexico she has worked with the Children’s Youth and Family Department, working to ensure the safety and well-being of New Mexico’s youth. She has experience in criminal justice case management, judicial system practices, behavioral health, and substance use disorder case management. She has spearheaded the development and implementation of court pilot programs addressing high-risk, high-need individuals. Additionally, Ms. Chavez has experience in Federal, State, and Local grant management. Her current focus is on increasing the accessibility to appropriate behavioral health and co-occurring treatment for those who are justice-involved as well as community education.
Ariel R. Small
Ariel R. Small is a Statewide Program Manager in the Behavioral Health Department of the New Mexico Administrative Office of the Courts. Ariel was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM and has found her passion in working within her community, from child protective services, nonprofit leadership, and behavioral health case management services within the judicial system. She has experience in providing comprehensive care to diverse populations where she specialized in treatment planning for individuals facing mental health challenges. She facilitated in collaboration with treatment providers and the courts in the implementation of the Overdose Prevention, Treatment, and Intervention program; designed to help prevent opioid abuse and overdose among people who enter the criminal justice system. Her focus is to implement support specifically around behavioral health for those involved in the justice system and to bring awareness to communities statewide.
Yvonne M. Archuletta
Yvonne M. Archuletta is a Statewide Behavioral Health Program Manager for the Administrative Office of the Courts. Ms. Archuletta is from Riverside, California and relocated to New Mexico in 2005. Ms. Archuletta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Throughout her career in New Mexico, she has held various positions with non-profit agencies, the Albuquerque Police Department and the New Mexico Judicial system. Ms. Archuletta managed programs at the junction of criminal justice and behavioral health. She has experience in working in criminal justice, behavioral health, and substance use disorder case management. Additionally, she has experience in enhancing collaborations with local and statewide partners across multiple agencies.
Adriana C. Lott
Adriana C. Lott is the Business Specialist II for the New Mexico Administrative Office of the Courts. Adriana is from Las Vegas, NV and relocated to New Mexico in 2015. After moving to New Mexico she found her passion in the financial industry. She has overseen the finance and accounting activities at numerous behavioral health and healthcare facilities. Ms. Lott has vast knowledge in behavioral health and medical billing, auditing and accounting. In her career she has been the right hand to the CFO for many years. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two sons.
